Product or service reviewed: Furnace cleaning

My technician was Don Casper. He was not the tech originally assigned on my work order. When he arrived he introduced himself and then politely asked me my name.He suggested coming into my home a different way instead of the front entrance so as to not drag his equipment through my house, which I thought was very thoughtful. He then proceeded to do his work very diligently. When he was through, he wished me happy holidays, which again, was very thoughtful. There have been other techs here and they all were exceptional. Overall an excellent experience with your company.
